How do I change defaults entered during Wizard Set-up

I used the Corporate Presence wizard to initiate a
website - for the values that I do not current know (like
telephone number, for example), I put in xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Once I know the phone number, how can I change those
values - the text doesn't appear editable, instead seems
to pull from an unknown (to me) database of values...

Any help would be appreciated on changing those defaults -
phone number, location address, e-mail addresses, etc.

If I recall those are held in an include page. In design mode, try double clicking them to see the URL of the included page.

Actually stored as a web parameter (included as a substitution bot)
In Tools Web/Site Settings Parameters
