how do I change duration hours in project to days in existing dat

I have existing data and would like to change duration, total float etc into
days from hours.

Hello ChasBush,

You can show the duration in a different format by running the
Format_Duration macro. Tools > Macro > Macros, select the
Format_Duration Macro and click the Run button. Select Days from
the dropdown.
