how do I change font size in Office Express Payment services?

I am trying to sign up for credit card payment services in Office Express.
The font size on the screen is extremely small. I tried chaging the screen
res, but nothing will work.

What is Office Express? Maybe you need to ask them because this goup is for
miscellaneous issues with Microsoft Office.
