You can import your mail account settings, contacts and mails using the
following method.

* Launch Outlook, then go to File and Import and Export.
* Choose Import Mail Account Settings, then click Next.
* Choose Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x,

Then go to the Import and Export dialog box again to import your mail and
contacts.

* Choose Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
* Choose Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x. Then check both of Import Mail and
Import Address book. Then click Next. (Check Import Rules as well ... if you
wish)
* Choose Allow duplicates to be created. Then click Finish.

It's better to export messages from Outlook Express. That way, the received
dates will be preserved.
