How do I change information in a recurring meeting?

I am wondering if there is a way to cylcle some information in a recurring
meeting.

Every 2 weeks, I am mean to hand out different audits for our Project
Managers. So Sam will get a site inspection sheet, Tom will get a Task
Observation Sheet, Steve will get a Vehicle Inspection Sheet, and Ray will
get a Job Observation sheet.

How do i set it up, that every 2 weeks, the 4 PM's get a different audit
each time?
