How do I change language menus in Office 2000?

I have an Office 2000 package purchased from a small city in Russia. I want
to convert everything English, but I don't know how. Can anyone help?

Unless it is an MUI version of Office you cannot unless you have the language version that you would like to install. Since Office 2000 is not available with or without support anymore your best bet is to try to find a version in the language of your choice which is very difficult . You might want to try EBay or something similar.
