How do I change minus numbers to + numbers in a col in Excel?

Is there a way to highlight a column or a row and change all of the numbers
from negative to positive or vice versa without doing the change cell by
cell? Thanks

Put -1 in a spare cell, and Copy. Select the cells you want to change, then
Paste Special/ Multiply
