How do I change my default mail provider when emailing docs in Wor

I used to be able to email my merged documents using my personal internet
email provider (i.e. Hotmail or Outlook Express configured to send via
Hotmail) and now whenever I merge the same document, it sends it from
Outlook. I have looked for answers and can't find them anywhere. Please help!
