How do I change my personal information (PII) i.e. last name?

I have become divorced, and gone back to my maiden name, but my comments
automatically default with my former last name. How or where do I go into
the system to change my personal information, like my name?

Check here:

Go to Tools, select Options, then go to the General tab. See what is in the
User Name box.
