How do I change normal font?

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel Whenever I start a new text box, PP always writes in Calibri. My master page is all formatted in Arial. I can't find anywhere in PP to create a normal style or a standard font as in Word.

What I want is every time I write, I want it to automatically be in Arial. Even better would be to be able to set both a standard size and color. How do I do that in PP?

I can't find a command in any menu called "Change Fonts". Are you referring to the "Font" command in the Format menu?

Create a theme and use that theme. When you generate the theme, set the fonts
the way you want them to be set, including colour and size.

I believe the responder was referring to Format> Replace Fonts... But here
are a couple of other options:

First, once you create & format a Shape in any given presentation file you
can Control/Right-Click the shape & select the "Set as default shape"
command. Its formatting will be used as the default for any additional
shapes created in the file from that point on.

Second, you can do the same in a PPT Template, then delete the shape used as
an example, then save the template. In any new file based on that template
the default formatting for shapes will be as you specified.
