How do I change or delete the "Registered To" name in Office Apps.

I brought a used computer which has Windows XP and Office 2000. I want to
change the Registered To name to blank or Defualt instead of the original
owner's name.I can/have changed the name in system info but can't for the
Office apps.
The computer did not come with any of the software.
If I can't, then I have to settle for seeing the old owner's name
everytime I use the Office apps. Kind of annoying.

We use ghost images to load computers. One PC is loaded with Windows
XP, Office 2003 and other common programs. We run sysprep and create
an image. All other computers of the same model are loaded from this
image. After imaging, the sysprep minisetup sets the Windows XP
registered owner. The PC is joined to our domain. Then the user is
logged in. For each new user, Office picks up the original registered
owner from from when the image was created. I have changed
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer
\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\9040110900063D11C8EF10054038389C
\InstalledProperties\RegOwner to the registered owner of Windows, but
if a new user logs in, the Office regitered owner goes back to when
the image was created. Is there something I can change so when a new
user logs onto the PC, Office will default to the Registered owner for
Windows, and not the owner from the original ghost image?
