How do I change outlook to display embedded pictures instead of m.

When I get a message that has pictures embedded in it, the pictures are
stipped out and made attachments. How to I stop outlook from doing this?

outlook doesn't strip images - it also doesn't offer an inline preview as
you'll get with OE. This may make it easier for you to view:

Here is what I have noticed. My wife is sending me an email, it is in HTML
format and has the pictures embedded in it. Same ISP, same version of
Outlook. When I get the message it is now plain text with the pictures listed
as attachments. Other folks she sends the message to get them message in HTML
and merely have to open the email to have the pictures displayed in the body
of the message.
