I have designed a website in publisher and published to web -however the
"Contact Us" page takes you to the above page, which I have not designed and
it looks awful plus the email's aren't coming through either. What can I do
the change this?

Also, people using firefox can't find my web properly and I don't know how
to change this.. can anyone help?

Which version of Publisher are you using?

What is the URL of your website?

Are you using IE 6, IE 7, or IE 8 beta?

What is the name of your webhost?

I presume that you meant to type that you have Pub 2003, and not 200.

When I go to your host site I see that they do not support FrontPage Server
Extensions, but do offer formail.pl for forms.
https://support.uk2.net/index.php

This means that you will have a couple choices. You can try using the form
you built in Publisher. Select the Submit button > Format > Form Properties
and click the form properties button. In that dialog you would choose Use a
program from my ISP. Under action you would probably paste:
http://cgi.uk2.net/cgi-bin/uk2-formmail.pl

If that doesn't work, then use the insert html code fragment to insert your
form as per:
https://support.uk2.net/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=92

You will have to modify that form to make it offer all the fields that you
are currently using. Here are some references about formmail:

http://www.scriptarchive.com/readme/formmail.html#email

---------

As per the FireFox question. In Publisher go to tools > options > web tab
and uncheck "rely on VML..." and "allow png..." while you are there.
Republish and your pages should look ok in FF.
