How do I change pages?

I try to do everything with my keyboard. I can't figure out a way to change
between pages within a section without using the mouse.

Brad,

To change pages on the same Tab, use CTRL+PGUP/PGDN

To change Tabs, use CTRL+Tab

anything in OneNote. Look under the Help menu for "Keyboard Shortcuts"
