How do I change the "Automatic color" for Word, Excel, etc?

The "Automatic color" setting for Off ic programs is defauled to a dark
blue... I would like it to be black again!

Then there's something wrong with your settings - it's black in all mine.
Outlook defaults to navy for replies, but the automatic default is most
definitely black.

That's my problem... it is not set to black and I would like it to be. How
do I reset it to black?
