How do I change the background color of office products

all of my office products have a light blue color for the background how do I

Try Office button, Word(or current application) Options, Color Scheme

I don't know about Travis but I don't have OPTIONS in my list under Word
Options.

Right down on the bottom R/H side of the box that opens when you click on
