How do I change the bullet font size in a frontpage theme

That is - the size of the text on bulleted lines.
The font page is currently greyed out - I have tried 5 different themes -
they all have the font page greyed out under theme settings.

When you apply a theme, certain items are controlled by the Theme and to change these item you have
to modify the theme, save under a new name, remove the current theme and then apply the newly
modified theme.
