how do I change the color of a file name?

I want to be able to open a folder and have certain file names show in a
different color so they are easier to find. Is there any way to do that?

No - if you use a folder system set up in a way that makes sense to you, you
don't need colors.

It may be helpful to know that "zebra" will be at the end of a file but
:_zebra" will be at the top. Creative use of names or sub folders may
solve your problem.
