How? Manually... or possibly with one of the calculators you can find by
querying Google for
RGB CMYK conversion
Word does not support CMYK and doesn't do colour separations. If you're
preparing something for commercial printing and you need accurate colour
reproduction, the best answer is "Don't use Word."
