How do I change the date taken propertity on a picture?

I forgot to set the date & time on my camera. Now that I downloaded my
pictures I want to correct the date & time that they were taken. How can I do
this.

You have posted this message to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups name refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
I would suggest you contact your camera manufacturer.
