How do I change the default file Outlook opens when adding attach.

When I want to add an attachment to my messages, Outlook opens up the 'My
Documents' file. I'd like to change it so that it opens up a different file.
Would anyone know how to change this setting?

See if the following helps. I know it mentions OL 2000, but it might work
