How do I change the default telephone area code?

When entering new contact info in Outlook, the area code defualts to 928. I
want it to default to 519. How do I change the defualt?

Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]

That is an opearing system setting, not an Outlook setting. Set you default
dialing location correctly.
