How do I change the font default to the entire presentation?

When I start a new presentation the current font is alawys ARIAL.
All the time I want to change and I have to go slide by slide choose "select
all" from the EDIT menu and change font.

I would like to know how can I change the Font default to the entire
presentation.
I tried on the TOOLs menu, in customization and options. Both did't work.
