How do I change the format?

I made a collage and I want to save it as a picture, either jpeg/bmp.
Also I did this on word 07, so if somebody could help I'd appreciate it.

Select and group all the graphics. Copy and paste into Paint. Save as
appropriate. Does this work for you?
