HOW DO I CHANGE THE MEETING ORGANIZER?

I use my calendar for 3 people. But, when I try to print out an appointment
for a reminder ... only one persons name keeps printing at the top of the
appointment form. I need to be able to change this name. How do I do this?
It keeps printing the Meeting Organizer's name ... even if I try to delete
that person & put in a new one ... it still prints this persons name. How do
I get rid of this!!! HELP!~
