How do I change the name of an existing file?

I have an existing file, but due to the modifications of the data, I need to
rename the existing file. How do I change its name?

You can Save As under another name, but if you really want to rename the
file, just right-click on it in the File Open dialog (or Windows Explorer)
and choose Rename (clicking it twice slowly--not double-clicking--will
accomplish the same thing); then type the new name or edit the existing one.
