how do I change the number of decimals shown on a dimension

using the vertical and horizontal ordinates for dimensioning a drawing, how
do I change the number of decimal places shown?

I know this can be done, but !@#$* if I can find where it is, either in the
product or in the help.

Thanks, Michel,

It turns out that I was using some shapes from an earlier version of Visio.
I believe that the earlier version of the product had the Units/Precision
selection on one of the primary menus rather than off of the right-click
context menu.

The new product, Visio 2003, has it on the right-click menu, BUT only if you
use the newest shapes. So, I switched to using the new shape and this now
works.

BUT... whoever created the new shape has never had to dimension something
having a lot of dimensions, closely spaced. The new multi-ordinate shape
places the dimension at 90-degrees to the ordinate line rather than at
0-degrees. Try as I might, I find no way to change this. Merde!

My workaround, for now, is to use two multi-ordinate shapes with different
length ordinate lines, so the dimensions alternate in position.

Merci,

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Thank You!

I don't know how many times I tried that last night... but it works now.

Did I say Thank You?

best,
