How do I change the read format of an attachment that I am sending

When I send an attachment that is A4 it appears on the screen of the receiver
as a split page.How do I change what i am sending

Do you mean that you're sending someone a Word document that's A4 formatted?
What version of Office are you using? Office 2007 will show Word documents
full-screen (two pages to a screen) when you open them from Outlook. Is that
what you're seeing?
