How do I change the time zone w/o changing Calendar times?

Tiredofglitches

I inadvertently set the time zone to Pacific instead of Central when I
purchased this computer several years ago. I would like to change the zone
to Central but leave the Calendar times as is (i.e. not have them set 2 hours
different), so as not to screw up Palm synching, etc. Any help would be
appreciated. Outlook 2002

One way is to leave the time zone to Pacific then export the Calendar to an
Excel or CSV format then delete all the items in the Calendar then change
the time zone to Central and then reimport the Excel or CSV. Before Deleting
the Calendar items I would create a test Calendar and import into that to
ensure everything goes smoothly.
