How Do I Change The Toolbar Colour?

Hey guys, wondering if you can help, i want to change the colour of the
toolbar (File Edit Tools etc), i am using Office 2003 Pro,

Display Properties, Appearance, Advanced, Item, 3D objects, pick your
color and apply.

Is there any way of just changing the office toolbar colour rather than all
toolbars on the computer

Since Office gets it's colors from the operating system, you would need
to use a non-supported method to accomplish that change. You could try
some non-Microsoft utility, search for it at www.google.com. (also, any
undesirable side effects you uncover, should be addressed with the
author of said software)
