How do I change the top margin when printing business cards

I have customised the business card size to suit Avery L7414. The printing
would fit the cut-outs perfectly if I could just increase the top margin so
that printing starts lower down.
How do I adjust the top margin? There doesn't seem to be provision for
adjusting it in FILE/Page setup in Publisher 2000

Look for the "Multiple copier per sheet" option. This moves around in
different versions of Publisher, it might be in the Print dialog, or Page
Setup or Print Setup.
