How do I change theme in Word?

I tried to follow the instructions in the help:
"To change settings for an existing theme, select or clear any option you
want."
But I didn't found any option of changing font or background color, for
example.
Please help!

Hi Ilanitd,

The settings you can change in Word are the checkboxes
you see in Format=>Theme.

The webpage themes (.ELM files) that ship in Word can
be modified in MS Office Frontpage rather than in Word
