How do i change to metric tab stops in word 2007

I live in Australia and we are metric as opposed to US or Imperial. How do I
change my default rulers to metric in lieu of inches

Hi Zac,

First off, check your Windows regional Settings - for an Australian setup, Office 2007 should install with the correct parameters.
Nevertheless, you can change Word's parameters via Word Options|Advanced > Display > "Show measurements in units of".
