How do I change typing when CAPS LOCK on

I often leave the CAP LOCK on and only realise when I've typed quite a bit.
Is there a command to reverse to normal appearance?

CTRL+SHIFT+A does the trick in Outlook 2007. Make sure you select the text
that you want to change first.
