How do I change uppercase to lowercase in Word?

I'm trying to change headings in a text that are all uppercase but they need
to be small caps (which is all lowercase). I know how to go from all
lowercase to all uppercase, but I can't find how to do the reverse. Does
anyone know how can I convert all uppercase to all lowercase without retyping
all of the headings?

I don't know offhand; you would have much better luck getting a good
answer in a Word newsgroup. This newsgroup is for a different program,
the database application Microsoft Access.

This newsgroup is for Access, the database product. You should ask in a Word
newsgroup.

(I believe Shift-F3 cycles through the cases on selected text).
