How do I change visio shapes colors with excel cell values?

I'm trying to link Visio shape properties to excel cell values in industrial
automation. I can bring in live data to an excel spreadsheet, but I don't
know how to link it to a shape in visio. I would like to change a color
based on the value in a cell.
