How do I change which program opens JPG files?

I am unsure how to change which program opens jpg files by default.

R-click one, Open with, Choose a program, and tick "always open with" box.

Hello --
You can also go into your Windows Explorer window, select Tools/Folder
Options/File Types. Find .jpg in the list, then choose what program opens
them by default.
