How do i check all email accounts when first opening Outlook?

i can check my hotmail, but how do i check my pop3 account. also, is there
any way to merge my hotmail account into personal folders?

what version of Outlook?
There is usually a short delay before Outlook 2003 checks POP accounts for
performance reasons.
To Hotmail - no.

its 2003. and to clarify, when i first click on the icon to open outlook, it
automatically will check hotmail, then it goes to my personal folders page.
to check my pop3 account i have to click the send/receive button. i was just
wondering if there was a way for outlook 2003 to automatically check all my
accounts when i first logon to outlook. thx

Tools > Options > Mail Setup tab > Send/Receive button. Set up a
Send/Receive group that includes all of your accounts. Make sure that you
have selected the checkmark in front of "Schedule an automatic Send/Receive
every ___ minutes." Also, choose at least a ten minute interval for
automatic send/receives.
