How do I check in a resource

I am trying to enter resource specific information to a project by going into
Tools/Resource and Working/Non-working times. I can not edit anything for any
resources because it indicates that the resource is checked out?
I have closed the project plan in an attempt to check in the resurce, but to
no avail?
How do I check in a resource?

I'm guessing that perhaps this question is about Microsoft Project? If so,
you'll improve your chances of getting a helpful answer by posting the
question in a Project newsgroup, this is an Access newsgroup.
