How do I check names from a Global address list in firstname, las.

When checking names on "TO" and "CC" fields from a Global Address List I used
to use the format FIRSTNAME LASTNAME. I just have migrated to Outlook 2003
and I did not find any option to that. The only way to check names is on
LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME format. How can I do the same on Outlook 2003?
