How do I choose many answers in a list box while filling form?

I've created a cascading list box. What do I have to do to allow the
respondant of the form to make multiple selections amongst the options in the
list box.

Example:
x
y
z

How can the respondant choose both X & Y?

Unfortunately, multiple selection is not supported in list box controls.
