How do I clean up old Office '07 trial w/out disturbing new Ultima

I have just purchased and installed Ultimate 2007. I want to get rid of
whatever trial version I had operating without disturbing the new
installation. Do I just get rid of everything from MS prior to the
installation date of Ultimate? Can anyone help?
