How do I clear frames from previous page & return 2 NO FRAMES hom.

I have a Homepage with NO FRAMES, and a few links to pages WITH FRAMES. When
I return home to the NO FRAMES Home Page there is still a column of frames on
the left of my home page (left over from the previous frames link).

If I REFRESH the screen it clears the frames and displays only the NO FRAMES
Homepage like it should.

How do I make the return link to my home page (from the frames page) display
with NO FRAMES? As in Full Screen....
