How do I clear old history

I, like many others, had a forms cache issue where all of my emails were
being linked in history. This now seems to be corrected but I would like to
completely remove the history related to these non-business contacts.

Thank you. Now I think I understand what BCM is doing. It essentially
creates a journal entry from the email contents and then keeps pointers to
the object location. If the object (email in this case) still exists,
clicking on a history link opens that object, otherwise it opens the journal
entry only. Something like that?
