Are you using Microsoft Access the database program part of the
Professional Office Suite?
If so what exactly are you doing when you get this message?

I'm not sure if I am using the soft ware are not but thank you for responding to my question and yes it was helpful I did not see your response at first so I said it did not help me but thanks a bunch mr.meehan
