How do i combine an attachment split into two messages as a .dat?

I have just changed over from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. I have
scanned a document to forward by email but it has been split into two
separate messages with 1 of 2 .dat and 2 of 2 .dat attachments. In Outlook
Express I was able to Combine and Decode to join the message. How do I do
this in Outlook 2003?

You don't. You need a third party app to do it.
