How do I completely uninstall Office 2003 (including registry)?

How do I completely uninstall Office 2003 (including registry)? I think I
need to do this as when I reboot my PC all my autotext entries and other
settings are lost. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office several times
with no effect.
