I would like to restrict an outlook client to be able to receive email only,
removing their ability to send.
removing their ability to send.
Hi Robert,Roady said:In what kind of mail environment? Usually you can fully omit Outlook and
configure it directly on the mail server. This also prevents the user form
making changes to enable it again.
Diane Poremsky said:You can prohibit send at xx KB - and conveniently, use the same size as
the mailbox quota. This eliminates the warnings. Or you can go into the
SMTP send connector and reject messages from everyone - this allows
internal mail but blocks eternal mail.

Thanks for your response. Using Exchange Server 2003 with 2003/2007
Clients. Currenlty, I have restricetd the users' Mailbox quota to 0kb,
which
is doing the job. I was wonderimng if there was a more efficient method.
