How do i configure access to update from two mobile laptops to ser

Hi everyone, I'm new to this, but here is the question. I have a database in
the server. My boss just bought two new laps tops and wants us to be out on
the field more. the problem is what do I have to do to make sure the database
gets updated when we dock. I'm afraid to delete my co workers entrys, and
visa virsa...Any help would be appriciated. Rick
