How do I configure an Excite email account to Outlook?

I have already configured my Outlook to accept charter e-mails and hotmail
email. I do have one other account which is an excite account. I am having
trouble finding directions on how to set up this configuration. I suspect
that it is an HTTP server, but I do not know what the server URL address
should be. Perhaps I am way off base and this is not the route to take.
Does anyone have any ideas to share?

Unless Excite offers POP3 access, you can't receive those messages in
Outlook.
